What Our Clients Say

I would like to comment on James, who fixed my Elnur electric boiler at the end of March. Honestly, he was the best boiler technician I have ever seen. He did a fantastic job from start to finish. He responded so quickly and resolved the issue in a very effective manner. He knows what he is doing and is a very talented guy. My Elnur boiler is working perfectly now. I think he is the best worker at Elnur.

Just want to say really pleased with the service we have had from you and Icozi generally.  The whole process went really well and everything worked out smoothly. The installation team were also very good and worked hard throughout the day. Very happy with the heaters.
Thank you.

Ian

James was very helpful when he came to move my heater across the wall for me. His communication was great with arranging a day for him to come by. Such an easy process as well as quick efficient service!

Ashleigh

My in-laws in Sandhurst Berkshire received outstanding service from James. They had 4 new heaters and a new hot water system fitted they always said that in the mid evening the apartment was cold those days are now gone it is the same temperature all day. James was outstanding as where the fitters no mess very considerate to the age of my in-laws (82 and 87) would certainly use ICOZI again in a flash.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a High Heat Retention Storage Heater?

A High Heat Retention storage heater is a new style of storage heater that gives you increased efficiency, an easy-to-use display and the ability to save up to 30% compared to your old manual storage heaters.

What if I thought of some questions after my technical survey?

That’s not a problem. We have provided some space for you to write any questions you might want to ask us. You can either call 0800 048 9301 or ask us when we call back to give you your quote.

What if I want to change from storage heaters to electric radiators?

Our electric radiators are highly efficient and those in our main range are oil-filled with full programming, a built-in thermostat and optional Wi-Fi control. We don’t use old technology like electric ceramic or clay core radiators. We only supply and install premier electric radiators. During our free survey, we would advise if removing Economy 7 night storage heaters and replacing them with electric radiators is better for you. Sometimes it may be best to use a combination of the two.
