On all modern LOT20 approved electric heaters open window detection is a requirement. This feature detects when there is a noticeable change in the room temperature, possibly caused by a window being opened, and it automatically turns the heater off temporarily. This control feature prevents heat being produced and energy being wasted.
Heaters with WiFi control allow a heater to be turned on, turn off or adjust heating levels from anywhere if there is an Internet connection. Great when at home but really essential if controlling heaters in a holiday home or office environment away from a main residence. This can also be used to adjust any heater while away on holiday.
